When you buy a pack of cards and they put that thick white blank cardboard in the middle of the pack. That is an decoy. The idea is that jersey cards are thicker and folks could tell before that jersey cards were in packs, with decoys being added, it is harder for idiots to search packs and just buy the ones with the jerseys in them. Ask you local dealer he might be willing to save some for you. I would not suggest them for TTM as I had sent a few jersey cards in regular PWEs and they always came back with bends.

plus guys dont sign blank cards a lot of times bc of fraud issues. that's why if you send a custom with a white blank auto area, some guys will sign the picture instead.
