Wings/Habs
What a great game... Montreal has a great team this year, and I was very impressed with Subban's performance tonight as well as Price's, he was outstanding. This game was a lot of fun to watch, both teams fought hard and had great play between the pipes, but all I can say is Pavel "Houdini" Datsyuk. You can have your Sidney Crosby, Alexander Ovechkin, Steven Stamkos, and Sedin twins, I'll take Pav any day of the week.

It was a great game by both sides, very exciting. Datsyuk is hands down the best player in the NHL. His presence on both sides of the puck was incredible last night. That shot was a beauty too. Howard played well and had some sick saves.

I can't be 100% sure, but I think Hal Gill's skates are made of cement. That's the only explanation I can think of as to how he could possibly skate so slowly. I'm a Habs fan, and it's painful to watch him move sometimes.
That Datsyuk goal was a thing of beauty. Like I've mentioned before, I'm not a Wings fan but I don't know how any fan couldn't enjoy watching a team like that play.

The Red Wings are easy to watch because they stick to Hockey. They do not have, or allow any Side-Shows like the Rags and Ducks do. Other than idiotic gaffs by Brad Stuart, they generally make good decisions with, and without the puck.
I never thought that anyone could be slower than Paul Mara on defense, but Gill Has silenced all the doubters. He's a bit of a Pylon when both teams are skating at full speed like last night.

Other than my minor gripe about the 6-to-1 disparity in penalties, this was an amazing game to watch. Both teams treated it as a measuring stick, and while the Habs came up a little bit short, they showed a ton of character and determination to try and tie the game in the third period.
Give me a 7-game series with these two teams in June!
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

That would be an incredible series. Not only for the two original six teams, but for the two most decorated teams with the biggest american fan base and the biggest canadian fan base.
