Previous and future seasons as well..if I recall someone didnt have enough 'oomph' to keep himself saved, despite having an immunity idol.

Who said nobody wants to show up? This wasn't originally planned and people may have already made plans. People work, and sometimes meetings come up. Some people play sports, and games may get rescheduled. Maybe somebody got sick, maybe you are going out unexpectedly with the family. Not everything is in my control!!
Please don't be so critical of other people's schedules.
And remember; I cancelled 2 days so YOU could have your drivers ed drives and wouldn't miss out.
