Some Fans Are Just Delusional
Pens fans on the ESPN Hockey Board claiming that Letang is the next Lidstrom.
. Lol.....Gonchar's corpse isn't even cold yet.
What beverages do they serve on the Pen's Bandwagon? I want some, whatever it is.
I think perhaps they were playing the Sergei Gonchar Drinking game. It's rather fun.....

maybe not the next lidstrom but give him some credit. pens fans are big on hockey so of couse they will say that but its not true and this is comming from a die hard pens fan. i have a letang pc and his cards have really picked up

so you're saying you don't think fans should believe in their players? Wouldn't you think someone putting up some great stats could continue it for many seasons? I mean it is kinda true, like Lidstrom he's a great defenseman that has better skilled forwards around him

Comparing Letang to Lidstrom is like ludicrous!!! Really the debate is Lidstrom, Orr, and Bourque as to who is the best defenseman of ALL TIME! Letang is having a career year but Letang hasn't done anything to deserve a Lidstrom comparison!
