Panini Redemption Help
Pulled a Redemption for a Tough Times Autograph #6 out of a Donruss Hobby Box. The checklist says the card is TBD. When I try to redeem on the Panini web site I get this message:
Oops! The redemption code you entered does not exist. Please try reentering your redemption code again. If you feel this is an error, please submit a general information request and include the card information located on the back of your redemption card with an explanation about the problem you are having.
The words 'general information request' are a link, but when I click on it, I get one of those generic Verizon pages like you get when you enter an invalid URL. Has anybody else had this problem? Looks like I'm gonna have to call Panini. Ugh. Redemptions are bad enough, but this is ridiculous.

Thanks for the link. I've submitted a request and scan of the redemption card. Hopefully I will hear back from Panini soon.

So I made my request. I haven't even received the usual automated e-mail that companies send out acknowledging a request for customer service. Is this normal for Panini? I just don't understand why companies need to make it so freakishly difficult to get products that we have paid for. Aaargh!!! I feel like I would be better off doing this:
