I'm sorry to say this, but I would like a lot more details. What team are you coaching? What league is this? A lot of people on this site have asked for donations, and I typically have no problem with it, but in order for me to help you, I need to know a lot more from a person who has posted 11 times on this site. Pardon my skepticism, its just my nature. You can respond with the information here or you can pm it to me, and as long as it washes out, i'll do what I can.

Hey, i can totally understand your skeptisism. The camp is called "independent lake" you can look it up on the net if you want at independentlake.com. I am going there to be a councellor and to caoch baseball/softball. There are tonnes of activities to do there, so the kids will not jsut be playing baeball all day. We do not play in a league, but since we are there for 3 months, the first month and a half is all inter squad games and practrices and such, after that they play against other summer camps. Focus and emphasis is put more on team play, cooperation and social skills rather than winning. We also teach competition, but that it is not the end of the world if you lose. Sportsmanship will also be a major focus. I will have the team from 12-3 6 days a week for the 3 months. Kids continue to sign up so i may have 2 full 15 man teams. Kids wake up at 8, breakfast at 830, from 9-12 they will do 2 other activies that they have signed up for, after baseball which is considered their "prime activity' which is why they do it for 3 hours, we get an hour quiet time, they they get to do one more activity, then it is dinner, after dinner they get to do one more activity then it is an evening avitivy that the whole camp participates in(oaround 1000 kids) and then bonfire, and back to the cabin between 10-11(depending on how old your group of kids are) I will be staying in the cabin with 15 kids(not necessarily the ball team). I hope that this is enough information, but i would be more than happy to supply you with anymore information, i totally know where you are comming from, i have donated in the past to people, and you can never really be to sure, thank you for your question and i look forward to hearing from you
