Your 2011 SCF Trading Goals

With 2011 just around the corner, it's time to think about what you want to be able to accomplish for your collection in the coming year. Post any goals that you have for your collection, as well as any general SCF goals, and track your progress in this thread!

I want to complete my AJ Guyton collection... I am about 60 percent of the way there to own every card made of him and think it is obtainable minus the 1/1's that I know the location of and the owners arent selling :(

mine is to stop buying new stuff and put a dent in my T205 set and start another 30s/40s set

I have been doing cards since 1992. I am burned out on it...the constant battle to get a decent trade...cards of stars that book $50 but sell for $5...just no fun in it anymore for me. At least with autoed memorabilia I can sit it on the shelf or hang it on the wall and enjoy it. Cards just sit in a box in the closet and lose value.

Hit Semi-Star status, finish 2008/2009 Topps Baseball sets, and complete a full set of James Austin (my former baseball coach) cards

I can be a little more realistic this time:

1.) Find a 1998 Flair Showcase Row 0 Legacy Collection Randy Moss /100 to complete my 98 Legacy Collection set of Moss (Rows 3 2 1 and 0)
2.) Get to 200 different Moss Rookie Cards (Currently at 104)
3.) Get to 100 different Moss Game Used cards (Currently at 55)
4.) Get to 25 different Moss Autos (Currently at 15)
5.) Get to 6 1/1's Moss (Currently at 3)
6.) Get to 1000 total different Moss cards (Currently at 550)

I didn't do too well on my 2010 goals, but hopefully 2011 will be better.

1) add 20 different auto's to my Detroit Tigers Auto PC (currently have 61)
2) knock 30 cards off of my baseball RC Wantlist
3) Add 1 Albert Pujols True RC to my PC
4) Add 5 HOF auto's to my PC
5) Reduce my total cad inventory be 25%

1. Get 100% Organized
2. Find more Steelers Vintage -what ever the source
3. Find MORE BETTIS Like to reach 1500 Unique cards

Mine are going to be pretty simple...and should all be very attainable, no matter how much activity I have on here...

1) Reach 1500 different KGs (1265)
2) Reach 20 different KG autos (9)
3) Reach 400 different KG GU (220)
4) Reach 5 different KG 1/1s (2)
5) Attain a KG patch/auto (0)
6) Add to my 0910 Limited Jumbo KG collection (own 5 of the regular /10 versions [2 different, 20 total])
7) Sell to support my buying habit :)
8) Get back into having fun trading!
