    What do you mean? Why is 1960 so unbelievable?

    The first televised games were February 18th, 1960, the 8th Olympic Winter Games.

    "1936 was also the first year that the Summer Olympics were shown on television in some form. Twenty-five large screens were set up in Berlin allowing people to watch the Games for free."
