BGS 9s
I have seen 9s sell for less than regular sv of ungraded. Im talking about recent issued autographed cards. generally are they worth significantly less if they are 9s? thanks for imput

Not a question that can be answered generally. It all depends on the condition-sensitiveness of the set. My experience with new releases is that BGS 9 usually sells for about the same amount on average as ungraded.

Basically unless a card is vintage only a 9.5 and a 10 will sell for a premium unless it is a condition sensitive set.

I would 99% of the time choose an ungraded card over a 9 - that 1% is for only super condition sensitive sets.

Since graded cards have become a little more affordable, I've started picking more of them up for my PC. If we're talking vintage, I'd much rather have a 9, than an ungraded.
My personal PC preferences are...
80's rookies: I buy PSA 9's & 10's
70's rookies: 7's, 8's & 9's
60's and earlier: I can't afford these... lol.
I don't both picking up newer graded cards... but that's just me.

Would you rather have a sure-fire 9 from a strong grading company or run the risk of picking up a single with a flaw that is not detectable to the untrained (or naked) eye? I think you would need to weigh the risk-reward on that one.
