Man... I was at the game tonight, he left in the first. It didn't seem too serious, but I guess it was. Good to see the Wings finish strong and take this one in OT. It was good to see Lidstrom and Zetterberg step up in Pav's absence and take control of the game late.

Red Wings are like a Marathon Runner that just lost a leg.

Huge blow to the Wings, but they have enough talent to stay in the top 3 at least. I see Zetterberg stepping up and filling that role.

I think this team has the wheels to get by this. After that Datsyuk comes back and the class of the West goes on like it never happened.

Not in takeaways he won't. Datsyuk had 187 takeaways last year, that's more than 4 of the lowest teams combined. He is a defensive nightmare for slow defensemen, or forwards that dilly-dally, or don't pay attention.

As a redwing fan I am not even concerned. They might lose 3 games where they wouldnt have before.
