Ok, I'm closing this since there hasn't been a guess for almost 6 hours. I said that there was a tie-in, what I didn't say was that the answer that I was looking for was also a tie-in. I had determined before the race started that which ever horse won, I would use the number that the odds were when they went off on that horse winning the race. Giacomo went off at 50-1 so the number I was looking for was 50.

The person with the closest guess without going over was Stormbringer with a guess of 44.

Darn, you had to pick hockey. LOL I checked your site & it looks like you're a Hurricane fan. I don't have anything extra from the donations that have come in from the store so I' dug through my stuff & found some things for you. I don't buy hockey cards so the cards I have aren't new. I'm sending 15 Hartford Whalers (including a Gordie Howe in Whalers uniform) since that's what the team used to be called. I also found a Ron Francis & I did find a couple over sized Carolina Hurricanes cards from the 2003-04 season. Everything including the $20 off card will be mailed tomorrow.
