Black Diamond
Can someone help me understand the Single,Double,Triple, and Quad diamond cards? It says on the back of the pack that they all have the same odds. Are the Triples and Quads more valuable? Please help me. Thanks

singles are like regular base cards of good players
doubles are a bit more valuable and have better players (I believe 6 per box)
triples are even more valuable then doubles and have great players and also include rookies (also 6 per box, usually 3 Rookies and 3 Veterans)
quads are the most valuable and include the elite players and rookies in the NHL (average 2 per box usually one rookie and one veteran)
Hope that helps

In 98-99 Black Diamond Quads were Emerald SP's, Serial Numbered to #/50, and were issued on average - One Per case. Just goes to show you that BD has been severely beaten up, and watered-down as a viable product.
BD was once the Flag-Ship, that all changed in 2003-04.
