What to do...I need help from ebay sellers.

I just recieved an email from paypal saying someone is is asking for a refund b/c they did not recieve there cards. My question is this... How do I dispute the claim if the cards were not sent with D.C.? I'm really starting to hate paypal & ebay.

Well, I don't use paypal, but I can tell you they will most likely win the dispute since you didn't add DC.

In my time selling on ebay and other venues, I have always used DC (only .55) and I have had only once that the package didn't get to it's destination, and that was only because the guy I mailed it to (and it was with DC) gave me his "work" addy and said the package "must have got stolen" from there....yeah right.

Anyways, I can tell you getting DC for each package will save you this type of headache in the long run. As it stands, you will probably be out the money, but maybe someone who has paypal will be more help :)

I would have to disagree. I have filed a few complaint with ebay when i didnt receive packages (with no D.C.) and I was never refunded so I think as long as you argue your case and say the buyer did not pay for DC you should be ok.
