hope i can help,The "throwback" is off a mitchell&ness jersey,that looks like the old styles(they are like 2-3-4 hunderd retail)U.d. has gone as far as to use these on the sp authentic patch auto's(the big ben was on ebay,has the 1976 american bicentennial patch logo,thats how i knew they were going to the throwbacks on those also)But as to your question,I would say yes(the whole point of the jersey subset is "future" legends,and future "throwback" legends)the throwback legends are seeded alot higher=worth more.I would contact upperdeck and see if they could handle some of your questions.U.d. has allways had authenticy with there patches,going back to 01 with alot of collectors asking "where is this patch on my jersey"u.d. didnt have alot to say,also a guy on ebay had 2 exactly matching serial numbered cards,he said he was going to get a lawsuit going if he didnt sell them.Dont blame him.hope i kinda helped and didnt mix you up more,lol later

Just from talking to dealers, many have mentioned that they have seen variants of several of the players, and I have picked up different colors of tgatum Bell, Winslow JR, and Greg Jones as well as Fitz and JJ. It appears that UD just used any and all swatches from the event day in the FL cards. I'm kind of treating mine as a variant, and collecting as many as I find, but it doesn't seem as if they are errors or have any premium. Hope that is the answer you are looking for!
