Osgood`s 400th Win !!
Win # 400 could not have happened in a better way , on a night when the team infront of him did not play its best.Ozzie stopped 46 of 49 shots on goal
he stopped 23 shots in period 2 alone , and withstood a 67 second 5 - 3
Colorado advantage.Some people say he is not a HOF calibur NHL goalie...
but IMO...if they gagged the HOF on Heart & Effort , OZZIE would be its top
member !!
Its true that the team infront of him is very good , but most great goalies
did not play on losing teams.Ozzie is , and will always be my favorite Red Wings player...he may not be a " Super Star " , but Ill take a leader like Ozzie on my team anyday !!
