    Isn't this stupid??

Okay so I live in Atlanta, TX and I'm a Braves fan and a Rangers fan (seriously lol). So Atlanta is like 4 hours away from Dallas and I'm really wanting to go to the Ranger's fan fest this year to get some autographs, but on the Ranger's website they don't say what players are gonna be there signing which kinda pisses me off. I don't want to make the 4 hour drive and buy a $15 ticket to meet Julio Bourbon and Darren O'day. I don't understand why they just don't say what players will be attending!

From my limited experience with auto signings promoters are happy to give you more info on the phone and clear anything up for you. I'd definitely give calling a shot.

The Tigers have a similar thing, and they don't announce until 2 weeks ahead of the actual day. That is because (I think) the players have not yet confirmed their appearance, but the tickets will get sold regardless of who attends.

That being said, almost the entire 40-man roster is their, even all the big stars (in past years I'm talking about Ordonez, I-Rod, Verlander, Cabrera, Scherzer, Jackson, etc.)

I hate to burst your bubble, but Dallas is definitely more than 4 hours away from ATL- it is more like 10-12 hours (800 miles)

I would wait, they may have a list up later- you could always grab a ticket in case

Man, are the Red Sox the only baseball team without a fanfest?
