How do you ship a mini helmet for easy return?

I got the ok to send a mini helmet to 2 players. Now the hard part. How do I send them where it is easy for them to send it back. I have been sending baseballs in bubber mailers, but I would rather send these in boxes.

Any ideas?

im going to be sending out some mini helmets very soon. I plan on taking mine out of the packaging, maybe wrap in bouble wrap ( undecided yet ) & put some stamps, return address on a sticker, put all that in a envelope, inside the box & see what happens.

I sent a mini earlier in the year. I got a box just big enough to fit the mini in, took it to one of the automated machines at the post office and weighed, bought postage, etc. I went ahead and stamped it and wrote my return address on the box and included some tape.

I put all of that inside a larger box. That way, you're not asking the athlete to provide ANY supplies of their own. You can pre-weigh and stamp the box at the post office and to be safe, include enough to cover the added weight should they include your tape.

Pretty simple. I ended up having to go to a UPS store to get the box just small enough for the mini and a roll of tape but it worked like a charm.
