Ok the BV on the shockey pristine refractor 405/499 is 40 dollars...It maybe more, because its uncirculated..I don't know much about that...I guess its because its never been touched by the human hand.....Its in a thick hard case which it came in and with a silver refractor topps uncirculated sticker on the top...Very nice...
