I need $5 paypal and i will pay the person who gives me $5, i'll $6 in return if they accept paypal from a credit card. need this to send to a non credit card accepting paypal user. so i need a balance to give them some money to pay for this card that i got off ebay and the seller didnt make it obvious that he only accepts confirmed paypal addresses! hmph.
