NHL autos IP

I am going to the penguins/blackhawks game in the United Center, and it's going to be my first NHL game, I'd like to know how to get autos.

When do the players usually sign ?
Where do you go to get them ?
Which team is better IP ?

I hear you can't get NHL autos in the arena only in the parking lot as they pull out.

the only hockey ive done at the arena has been the jackets.the visiting team is unaccessible because they park under the stadium but the jackets u can get leaving the parking lot.just figure out where the busses are for pitt and if u cant get to them try for the hawks when they leave.hope this helps

i think in general hockey guys are the friendliest i have encountered. no real negative experiences for me. its simply a matter of finding where they come out because inside the arena it is not going to happen.

there is no way to get graphs in the arena for hockey. at least in my experience

the thing with hockey is that the glass all the way around the ice makes the tunnel the only place fans can even get close to players. they cant really stop to sign in there because there are constantly people going in and out and unlike basketball its not such a wide entrance way.

Doug88 are u from the NY area. Just wondering based on your Avatar pic.
The reason i ask, is. I been meaning to get to the colisuem one morning.
Ive spoken to numerous people who graph the visiting team while playing the Isles. Get to the colisuem at around 8am on game day and u can get the visiting team as they walk in from the Marriott for the morning skate. Then between 11 and 12 the players go back the the Marriott.
I've also heard that at the Garden u can get the players outside on the street. i have not tried either venue yet. Graphing is a warm weather thing for me.
For other venues get there early one day and skope out things. You probably get lucky in a big city because the player most likley walk to the venue,

Didn't see that part about Bulls games. I guess your not from the NYC area. Oh, well. Maybe some of what I wrote will be helpful.
