I have a team set of the Islanders should I try to get it autographed
I bought a 10/11 score team set of the NY Islanders, should I open it and try to get all the cards autographed? If that is possible what would be the best way to display them? What are your thoughts? Get autographed, or just leave in package? I am sure at least Roloson, maybe Wisnuski and maybe a few other players are in the set that the players are not with the Islander anymore. So I wouldn't be able to get them signed.

Let 'er rip and get 'em signed! You can always grab another sealed set.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I think you should try and get them signed by sending them TTM (remember to include a SASE in each letter).
You should be able to land a bunch of the autographs, and since it's "just" base cards and from a set like Score, it's no huge loss if a couple of them don't get signed. You can buy another bunch of cards and maybe try to get the players to sign it after practice or at a hotel where they're staying.
I hope this helped. If you have any questions, send me a PM.
