This being the first Top 10 of 2011, we thought we’d take one last look back at 2010. Everyday at THN.com (or pretty much everyday) you can find a new “Say What?!?” feature, billed as a shocking, funny or noteworthy quote from personalities around the NHL.

While hockey players aren’t known as the best quote in sports , someone still says something pretty good every once in a while. Here are THN.com’s Top 10 Say Whats?!? of 2010

10. Sept. 1 – “Old Man and the Ice”
“I'm 100 percent sure this is it. I know that I'll never play in the NHL again. It's not a hard decision. I think the hardest thing is you get a little emotional talking about your family. I couldn't have played any longer than I did and I accomplished what I wanted to.” – Chris Chelios, who retired at the age of 48. His career spanned from 1983-2010.
