    Donruss 2k11 - Breakdown

I'm actually suprised by how good Donruss is doing right.

I broke down some stats on my blog (http://waxbuster.wordpress.com/) and the results are great, I think I'm going to buy some.

Share your break here, I want to get a full picture of the Donruss return via Panini.

And the Jersey Kings look GREAT!

Those number you listed are for the first card. And usually 2nd pulled card will not reach that number. Like AI auto, it will not break $100 anymore. Maybe a lucky $50.

Yeah collectors always go crazy for the first cards of certain products. For example, I stupidly paid $20 for a Ron Harper GU from Panini Studios when it first came out, just because there aren't that many of his Bulls GU's out there. But now those Harpers are just lying around @ about 0.99 with 3$ shipping and 0 bids on ebay.

But actually I think Panini did a decent job on this product as compared to their usual standards. For example, the team checklists are neat and I like those. I also saw a couple die-cut version of the jersey king inserts, so that's good for them that they're trying different things. The base design actually has action shots too (albeit not great ones), but still it's an improvement to "I <3 Diagonal lines"
