Adrian Gonzo in boston
I know Gonzalez was a decent signer with a lot of returns, but I also know that the Red Sox team is notoriously bad signing. I was thinking of sending to Gonz c/o Boston Spring Training, thoughts?

Worse thing that can happen is your out 88 cents and a few cards or they get sent back.....I figure its worth the shot.

Sent to Gonzo a couple times C/O Padres w/nothing back. Besides that, I think the Red Sox have rules abut TTM. Gotten letters back from Boston when I sent to Pedroia, Youk, and Bard, all saying I can't sign, blah blah blah.

I think ST is your best and only shot. He was good ST last few years, and decent during the season. After being with such a horrible TTM team it will rub off quick; plus the team will handle the mail and send a PP and form letter. I'd send early on in St and hope for the best. It's worth the gamble.

We have seen Jamie Moyer still answer mail after being a Phillie! Why not Gonzalez as a Red Sox player? I think alot has to do with the player really caring for his fan mail and his fans.
