I have no clue what a 16-pack box is. Odds are generally the same in every retail pack. Usually either 1:96 or 1:118 for hits. So there ya go.

if your talking about those boxes that have different releases in one box that they sell at walmart there is no guarantee or even odds. They are left over packs that are repacked together. Some of them have crap like indy tire test, race day game, legends of indy in them also
