    Panini Customer Service

Just thought I should share this.

Today I received a package from Panini. I brought it in and cracked it open. A few months ago I purchased 2 boxes of Absolute Memorabilia Basketball from the same case, and got the exact same box twice. Couldn't believe it and I was a little upset. So I wrote to Panini Quality Assurance about it. Didn't expect or ask for much, just an autograph or two of any player (didn't ask specifically for Griffin/Evans, since I collect autographs and like whatever I can acquire). Didn't hear much but there were updates here and there on my Panini account. Well, inside the package today was a sealed box of 2009/10 Absolute Memorabilia Basketball. Could not believe it... a 130 dollar product at my door for free. I even got a Jalen Rose Autograph inside the box! I was so thrilled that I contacted them and expressed my gratitude. I just thought everyone should know about this. Meanwhile, other trading card companies avoid contact with me and take months to send me a Michael Jordan autograph I am owed.

What have your experiences been with Panini Customer service? They have a customer for life in me now.

Panini has been good for me with box hit missing replacements, however their long list of backed up unfilled redemptions is starting to get pretty ridiculous, and its not for players they should have any trouble getting the autos fulfilled from.

Also, I asked for a replacement on a Collison Classics RC on card auto and got a Ryan Gomes sticker auto as the replacement...was hardly impressed with that.
