Depends on how you want to approach it.

If you're only wanting to keep one to say you've got one more card off the checklist, keep #78 and try to move #23 as a premium piece. There's a ton of Cup ARP set builders that look to get the best crazy patches possible and they will pay for them. Moving #23 will probably allow you to get enough funds to add on a couple more set needs.

I know I'm not going to be a guy that has ridiculous patches for the majority of the cards, but having a few here and there is going to be nice.

I have a few incoming that are just plain filthy!

With me, I'm usually a quantity guy when it comes to set-building projects. If I have two of a card, I don't really mind keeping the plain white one or the less-interesting patch if I know that the better one can ultimately lead to a better return.

Last year's Artifacts provides a great example. I ended up getting a white patch Treasured Swatches Price /35 - cost me all of $12.

Opposite end of the spectrum is this:


Cost the buyer on eBay $188.

Needless to say while my patch isn't as cool the $176 extra in my pocket went a good way to picking up a good number of other cards.

There is always going to be the Quantity vs. Quality aspect, especially with patchy goodness. I completely understand the ability of having more cash to get more pieces, and respect that.

I probably would move the palm-tree for the right offer and it would be more than I would let the 3-clr go for.
