How do I post pictures to my post?

I am trying to post pictures of my collection to my post. How do I do that. I was told to use the insert image button. I was told to use the insert link, is this corect? I am using my photobucket. The message I get when I try it says: 404 not found-webpage dialog What am I doing wrong? Thanks for all the help.

In PB put the cursor over your pic and when the pic changes to show "share" click on in the box on the bottom (IMG code) and it will copy the link. Once that is done you can paste the link into the text box here in SCF.
