Lucky you. I just had this conversation with Topps, "Sorry Ma'am (what is it with people calling me Ma'am?) but the redemption was sent two years ago. It is not our problem whether or not it got to you." "YOU GUARANTEE AT LEAST ONE AUTO PER BOX IN 2008 BOWMAN DRAFT AND YOU DID NOT FULFILL THIS." (by now the person probably realized I was a kid and started taking advantage of this) "We sent it out two years ago." "It is your responsibily to get the card to me." *dial tone* I was hung up on by Topps. I called back and let her have hell and she said I should call back on Monday because that's when her manager was in. If I were her manager she would have been cut before she got out of t-ball.

With Upper Deck nowhere and Donruss just drifting, you would wonder why Topps wouldn't take advantage of the situation and boost themselves way above anybody else for years to come.

I agree SteakNchop you would think Tops would take care of the people who buy from them now,because they are not always gonna have a monopoly on the baseball market.Once the other companies get their licenses back trust me Topps sales will go down.I've always had bad experiences with their customer service,that's why I'm glad the redemption came and I don't have to go that route,take care Steve
