tpps chrome help!
Hey guys, I just started collecting in september 2010, so I'm not familiar with the topps chrome. I have received some feedback from some members but about other aspects of the products.
So lets get down to business.
Blake Griffin's topps chrome sells for a good amount and is /999, is it possible to get a base blake griffin chrome that is not numbered? Just because I'm trying to see if his rc's were only numbered, cause I don't think I've ever seen one not numbered /999
What also adds to my confusion is the derrick rose topps chrome. I have seen the tops chrome base, and the refractors that are /500 (?) and lower I beleive. Was there a derrick rose /999 topps chrome? or no?
What I'm trying to figure out, is whether to buy topps chrome base of stars like rose, and westbrook etc. because right now they are pretty cheap for those players, and chrome always seems like a good rc to get - kobe bryant's chrome rc base is like the holy grail of all kobe base rc's, and obv the griffin, etc. Pretty much I'm asking, what the equivalent card of derrick rose topps chrome would be to the blake griffin topps chrome /999.
And do you guys think derrick rose's topps chrome base will raise in value?
THis is hard to explain, I hope you guys can udnerstand me lol, and don't give me a hard time, we all had to start somewhere. Thanks guys!

last year chrome cards were inserts and it wasnt a real set like the years before. so there are none that arnt #ed for the rc's. you can get a regualr topps griffin rc.

ohhhhhh i gotcha, that makes more sense, could u maybe help me out - what would be the equivalent to the griffin topps chrome in previous years? if any.

not sure what you mean, the other years chrome all players had there chrome rc's and they wernt numberd, but then some were numbered and they had like 3 different numbered verisons
