To start off, my primary research department had its annual Genetics Retreat in Galveston last week. I was sick a couple of days before and during the retreat. I went to a nearby Target and got some medicine and also found some of those 15-pack cubes and to my surprise, they didn't have the Fleer 1990, Hoops 1989, or 2008-09 UD First Edition packs that i've been recently finding (what a waste) of 5-6 packs.

These are the highlights of these 30 packs:

Today, i went to try and find a box of 2010 Allen & Ginter for my wife's birthday. No luck but i went and spent some money on myself at a LCS:
3 packs - 10-11 Panini Threads
1 pack - 10-11 Prestige
1 pack - 10-11 R&S
3 packs - 10-11 Donruss
3 packs - 09-10 Topps

The guy was nice and i didn't have to pay tax, plus he cut the price on the packs so paid a solid $35 for all.

Here's the breakdown of the important hits:
3 packs of 09-10 Topps - Tim Ducan Black Border /50, other gold /2009 and rookies
3 packs of 10-11 Donruss - Lebron James Production Line GU /399 +misc. RCs and emeralds
3 packs of 10-11 Threads - Cole Aldrich Auto RC /399, Thaddeus Young Century Collection Materials Patch /50 (i pulled the GU version 399/399 of him last week)
1 pack of 10-11 R&S - Andrei Kirilenko Gold Holofoil Base /199, Jeremy Lin Gold Materials GU /299
1 Pack of 10-11 Prestige - Lebron James Prestigious Pros Green /499

Not a bad haul!
