    So... Now what?

    Hey all,

I posted earlier about my Ekpe Udoh 1/1 that was a little late arriving. Unfortunately, it is now almost 3 weeks late. Thats not the problem. The problem is that the tracking number hasn't shown any update since December 5th.

I bought it from a Chinese seller who has a 99.7% seller rating. He has offered me a full refund if it doesn't arrive.

    I want my card though!!

I just needed to vent this out a bit...

Sorry to hear about that, I know the feeling all too well.
Refunds are great but as collectors we'd really rather have the card in hand or un-damaged.

A bit of hope for you...
I've had tracking numbers update everyday but I've also had some that never updated, made 6 stops along the way, then finally showed a update the day it was delivered.

    Hopefully you get it soon!!!

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I have something similar going on with me at the moment. Seller out of China. Just seems like it can take almost a month and a half sometimes to get stuff from there :/

It should be fine, usually it takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks for stuff to get here from Asia/Australia. It might be a little bit late since it was the holidays, but I would at least try to contact the buyer to see if he sent anything yet. And I would file claims if it's been like 6-8 weeks.

Just so you know, it is a holiday season. It took 24 days for me to ship something to Japan. And it took 25 days for me to receive something from Europe. I'm not sure how many days you are comfortable to wait, but it takes LONG during this month and last month.

I shipped cards from US to Germany and Australia before with EMS.

The one I shipped to German took 3 days to reach German Customs and it struck there for more than 1 week???

The one I shipped to Australia took more than 2 weeks to reach the buyer while there is no update on tracking info at all???? This is USPS Express mail which guarantee my package will arrive within 3-4 days and this is EMS service which cost almost $30 each.

I sent stuff out domestically during the holidays when there was bad and some took 2 weeks I wouldnt be going crazy yet. You need to check for any deadlines with ebay to file a dispute though.
