Unhappy What can I do now?

Hey everyone so I made a transaction with a member on here a while ago selling two Kane cards for his PC. Nothing crazy only a $30 deal. Yesterday I had the envelope RTS'ed and I couldn't figure out why. It had the RTS Canada Post sticker on it with the dimensions box checked. The side of the envelope was cut of and someone removed the two cards, reinserted the bubble wrap and team bag and next you know I got an empty envelope. I am issuing a refund to the buyer, but what can I do now? I've got a post it note on my monitor to remind me to frequently search for both cards as they are serial numbered. Is there someone I can call? If I do find them on eBay then what? This is starting to spook me out that someone in the system knows I send and receive valuable hockey cards on a regular basis. Any insight is much appreciated.

That sounds mighty suspicious. I would get in touch with Canada Post ASAP about that to discuss what your options are - that's definitely mail theft and something that they should action immediately.

If you see them on ebay, contact ebay, explain what happened with copy of your scan that does not have the logo from ebay. Also take note of the seller and maybe eventually canada post can track it to one of their employee. Contact Canada post as this si your only option about the steal.

edit: also if you see the card on ebay. try to buy a really cheap card from him and maybe you could get his true name that way and then check with Canada post once you have a name as a potential steeler.

If I saw it FS, Id buy the card and do a charge back to Paypal through your card issuer. They might fight it, but get a police report with taht info on it now as a record.
