I'm trying to complete a transaction with a member and need some input from US members on here. I am located in Canada but travel to the US frequently and USPS offers much better international shipping options. What is the best/safest method to ship overseas? I would like it to be traceable should it not arrive in a reasonable time and would like the shipment insured. Any advice is appreciated as the USPS site is confusing. It says value up to $400 but does that mean it's covered to $400?
