The best part is that she is filing a lawsuit because the mall didnt help her after she dumped it in the fountain.

I saw this last night. It was too funny. The sad part is the lawsuit is being filed because the security posted the video on youtube and she claims she has suffered extreme embarrassment. Someone should tell her, "If you are worried about being embarrassed, stop splashing your sorry behind (and face) all over the news in an attempt to extort a company with a frivolous lawsuit." That's the truly embarrassing part of it all.

She said her first thought was "I hope no one saw that." Now it's "ZOMG WHY DIDN'T ANYONE HELP ME?!"

You can't have it both ways.

BTW, the dumbfart was charged with theft by deception in October 2009 for using a co-worker's credit cards to make more than $5,000 in purchases at two stores. This lawsuit is just a massive money grab.

She changed her mind about filing a lawsuit. Apparently, a year or two back she stole used stole someone elses identity and purchased $5,000 worth of items.

lol! This is perfect timing as I had two phone-atics nearly walk into me today - one on college campus and one at the post office. The guy at the college campus at least had the decency to apologize, but the girl at the post office just glared at me as if I and others nearby should just part for her when she's butting into our space without looking.
