PayPal question
Hey guys I have an issue that maybe one of you could shed some light on....
I sold a card to a buyer over ebay, he paid with paypal. I offered DC but he refused. He never got his card and has filed a claim against me on Paypal. However, when I try to reply to the complaint my only options are 1. Issue buyer refund, 2. I can provide TRacking info, 3. I have already refunded the buyer. Obviously none of these apply so what do I do now? It wont let me continue with the response process unless I chopose one of the three. If I dont respond in a week I will be automatically charged for a refund. Please give me some suggestions. Thanks.

when your getting paid with paypal its nice to get the buyer to cover the cost of D/C but its really for YOUR protection. Never send without D/C.
