    $2500+ for 1 Blake Griffin Card?

    I don't understand card collecting at all. It amazes me all the time how single cards of hot players can go for thousands of dollars while most cards are relativlely worthless.

    i understand the excitement surrounding Blake Griffin. as a collector and fan, i am glad that he is absolutely on fire.

    however, a whole lot of people seem to be "buying high." not sure what folks think the profits will be on these cards down the line.

    Im about as big of a Griffin supporter there is...but i also must agree. Thinsg are getting a little out of hand. I noticed that his topps chrome RC;s were sellign for $120+ Im talking about a regular Topps Chrome RC. His Topps chrome RC refractor is selling for $300.
