WD40 is the only thing I've seen work on mini helmets....who knows, maybe it'd work on die-cast also?

Well, its a Jimmie Johnson car, so a Sledge Hammer should take care of it

    Haha, j/k.
    Try WD40.

    Hey Ryan,

A little late replying on this, but another suggestion... if you have something (other then cloth or porous material like paper stuff), if you take a Sharpie and scribble out the auto doing a little section at a time, then wipe off the scribble immediately with a soft cloth. It may take several tries but it has always worked well for me in the past. I've done it on many different surfaces (except for cloth, paper, cardboard, etc). Try it on a hidden spot on things before using it on something that you might not want damaged.

WD-40 is an oil based chemical so you should be cautious using it on anything plastic. It can cause fogging on some clear plastics and may melt other types of plastics over time after it is used.
