Yeah Centerice does not like Quebec but it always him complaining on this forum about this quebec issue he has and it's getting old if you ask me. I never experience what he did, so again let not generalise here. One person experince is not everyone experience.

Like if corruption did not exist outside Quebec, common...

I have had so many problems with Quebec buyers I am tempted to not ship there anymore. I really have nothing against Quebec but I find it very difficult to believe that out of 3000 transactions, 33 have been "lost" in Quebec and I havent had any other claims anywhere else in the world! I have had tons of honest buyers but the 33 that ripped me off are the ones that are remembered. Anything selling for $20 or more must be shipped with tracking if someone in Quebec wins. This is my policy, not ebay or PP, it is mine. It is all clearly stated in my auction description and people dont have to bid if they don't want to pay.
