    Question about postal mail

I have a question about postal mail. When you mail a package signature required, Insured, and tracking #'er from Canada to the US. (Someone is sending me a package from Canada, I live in the US) Will I be able to tell the total cost for the seller for S/H, signature required, Insurance, and tracking #'er? I am getting charged a lot. I want to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.

if it does not say the total shipping cost on the package you could go on the Canada Post website and find out the cost (measure, weigh the packaged, from his postal code to your zip code)

also, Canada Post has some of the the highest shipping fees in the world
