How long will Panini take?

So this thread is to check the time frame that it takes Panini to send me my redemption card of Patrick Patterson from Timless.

1) Submitted Redemption on Sunday, January 23, 2011 - Status active
2) Received card in mailbox on Saturday, February 26, 2011 - Closed

Update: 2/28/11
1) Submitted another redemption or Patrick Patterson /25 - Monday, February 28, 2011 - Status active

Not sure whether your card is already in panini's hand.

I submitted a redemption for D-Will Majestic Signatures on early Dec 2010. (At that time some of them were on eBay already so the Panini already have the card when I submitted) I contact them again and again and got their answer around last week. Panini said my card will be mailed in 4-6 weeks from that date???? That's 2-3 months after I submitted while they already have my card in hand since the beginning.

I thought i read something that they were changing locations or something like that so stuff is getting delayed and making it harder for customer support to answer question, last week or so on another thread

I can't even log in to their website to post another complaint. Their website downed for 2-3 days. Now, their website back but I'm still unable to log in.

Seriously, almost 3 months for the card that they already have in hand is quite unacceptable.

I've been trying to get my Redemption Redeemed on there website for 5 days and nothing opens This is what i get every time...

Im getting tired of it. I sware they have 1/2 my PC. There is no reason it should take 1/2 a year to get redemptions and replacements. Atleast update me once in a while! I now understand why people complain about Panini. Its ridiculous!
