    UD Redemptions

I have heard many people say they have been able to get stuff for old redpemptions from UD but then I send a note to Upper Deck, I get this responce.

I’m sorry to hear that. We do not have a program in place to honor expired redemption cards. Please be careful when purchasing older product. Although you can get a good deal on it, there is very little we can do to assist with issues like damage, insert ratio, collation or expired offers contained within those older packs. We apologize we cannot assist with this situation.

    Sincerely,

Nothing they can do? What kinda customre service is this. I know that I might not get that card but would be nice to offer something in return. When will Upper Deck wake up and realize that they are not the only player in the Hockey Card market anymore.

Call them instead of emailing, sometimes if they have said card still in stock they will help you out.

Only time I've ever tried it was one that had expired (could not enter it online) but had it already been mailed, they still would have accepted it (about 1 week to go).

I contacted them via facebook ,and exchanged emails with one of the reps. The card was in stock, and they still sent it out.

No sure what they would do about anything significantly older though.
