Wow, almost a year after I purchased this card and I stumble across this thread. I always thought something was off about a number of the patches, but since I was always looking at the physical card in hand and never looked at the two images side-by-side it never quite clicked that they reversed all the patches, now it all makes sense :) Any jersey/patch gurus able to identify which parts of the jerseys the swatches come from?
Gotta say I had a good chuckle over the idea of sending it to a patch faker to get the patches rearranged in the proper order :) Does anyone know if Upper Deck actually would fix an error like this? Not that I think I'd ever be willing to let this one leave my hands though.
I still remember how excited I was to open the mail and add this card to my collection - when I first saw the checklist published, I assumed this would be the one Sedin card that I would never ever own, being one of only two 1/1's ever produced that include Howe, Gretzky, Lemieux, Crosby and Ovechkin (not to mention a couple scrubs in Bobby Clarke and Joe Thornton). When I saw the guesses people were submitting in the Guess the Final Price contest I was so sure I wasn't going to be able to compete, putting in a bid just to be able to say I'd taken a shot at it, was really surprised to have won it.

Well this just got a bit more fun. LOL
Congrats on landing the card!
I would think that UD would replace the card with a corrected patches version. You'd definitely want to contact them first to get the case # and everything set up. With their new policy on replacements, though, I don't know if it applies to older cards. But certainly call them or send an email.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Not sure they would fix it but always worth to try. But as long as you know where they go now, it remain a very nice card to have anyway. Employe do not have the expertise as we do and human make mistake but to make them on such a big card is... bad quality control. Just show how much they pay attention to what they do.
Like I am a programmer an I can live with small bug that does not affect data and can be fix with no consequence but I would have hard time to live with a major mistake that would screw up data and this is why when I make critical code, I make sure that I test and test and test until I am sure it will do it all right. The same should apply when you make such big card as it make UD really look bad... If I was a UD rep, I would turn the world over to redo this huge mistake.
