Ebay question
i just sold my first ebay sell and im wondering if you have to send an invoice to your buyer?

You dont have to, but you can. eBay automatically configures their shipping cost by what you inputted into the listing.
Sending an invoice is good because it shows you are communicating with the buyer and are on top of your game.

I send an invoice, and a thank you message. I want my buyers to feel welcome to ask me questions if they have any. It is a step to help develop a good customer service rapport.

I also send an invoice. I know that you do not have to but I want the buyer to be happy that I am fully trying to speed up the process so that they can get their card faster.
