Yes, Spring Training is one of the best times to send fan mail to MLB players.
I have a bunch of letters to send in a week or so.

Oh ok cool! I figured that they would more than during the season, but wasn't sure. I've been trying to get a few...including Shane Victorino from the Phils for my girlfriend

Where do you find out where to send your memorabilia to? When you are sending them to Spring Training

Just type, 2011 Spring Training Addresses, into Google and a list should come up.

Try whatever you want but Shane Victorino doesn't usually respond. A good way to check players is by pressing the TTM Manager link at the top of the screen and search players.

Depends on the player. Rookies or lesser known prospects are more likely to respond, same with older veterans and not stars. Like journeyman veterans for instance a backup catcher or utility infielder.
