Derek Jeter TTM Success from 1996
Thank the computer teacher who assigned the formal letter project in May of 1996. Im not a Yankee Fan , im actually a hater but i sent him 2 cards. A month later i got em back. I had the upper deck in a screw down without a penny sleave and it removed some of the card but the topps is still looking smooth.

I sent Mariano 2 cards in 2009 and got both back.

Not TTM but since were on the subject in 97 i got Jeter at yankee stadium before the game

I sent one card to Jeter in 1998, not even knowing what TTM was. I was only about nine years old and wrote such a short letter telling him I was nine and I liked watching him play. Got the card back in about five weeks, signed. My first TTM and probably the coolest one I've ever got. I don't like the Yankees either, but I'll never say one bad word about Jeter because of what he did for me.

Cool successes. I despise the Yankees as well, but I sent to Jeter last month. Hopefully he'll sign it.

I am a big yankee fan, and have gone to many games and spring training games, and the only time i have seen him sign is if someone has a field pass, or he signed for 1 kid during warm ups because he knew the guy he was with. Pretty dissapointed with getting him, but I have heard he signs....just never have seen it
