    HOT: Shawn Kemp autographs!!!!!!

    http://huperoyalty.wordpress.com/2008/12/01/shawn-kemp/

Shawn Kemp autographs have steadily climbed over the last few years. Cards that used to sell for $30-$60 are now going for $70-$100 and in some instances, more. See link above.

One of his rarer cards ,97 UD3 Court Commemoratives, is currently over $200 with 2 days left. I once tracked a BGS 9.5 version that sold for $100 March of 2009. I woudn't be surprised to see this end over $250.

No; he has seven total. There are several athletes who have actually since beaten his "record":

This list neglects Antonio Cromartie, who has also recently surpassed Kemp:

People just remember Kemp because he was the first to become newsworthy for so many kids. All the other athletes' kid stories came later.

I meant in the context of his having kids - people always remember him for that more than other athletes even though Kemp doesn't have the record. Outside of that, of course he was a great player too - one of my faves growing up in the '90s. I actually loved the whole Sonics team and patterned much of my own game after Nate McMillan. :)
