Upper Deck replacment package in today!

Well your replacements were much better then mine. They owed me a baseball Jersey Auto /25 and said they would send something comparable in hockey which I asked for. In return I got a numebred of /200 auto and a numbered /200 jersey. That's a very far reach from a jersey auto /25. I was not happy, and let them know about it. I'm sure that got filed in the "who cares" department at Upper Deck.

I agree` with what you said.I talked to chris carsly and he was a complete ™™™.My on going problem with Ud is now 4 months old.He is there main guy in there customer service dept. and wouldnt even let me talk.My replacement package was 2 packs of sweet spot for an $80 rc auto/helment! My next approach will be writieng a certified letter to there CEO.Probably get thrown in the trash but hey its worth a shot! Im really ticked at this point.

Well, Upper Deck redeemed themselves in my mind today. After the garbage they sent in place of my /25 auto jersey they couldn't produce, I wrote a letter to Chris Carlin at UD. I never ehard back from him, but tody the Fed Ex lady showed up with a package from UD. In it was a $200 hockey autograph that I certainly was not expecting, with a note saying sorry about the jersey auto. I am happy now, and UD is OK in my book, once again.
