    Who can make me a custom card design?

    I have a signed index card of Preacher Roe that I would like something done with. Don't need you to make the cards for me but just design the front and back of the card. Willing to help as far as sending some funds or some cards but don't have alot of baseball for trade mostly football. But whoever decides to take this task we can discuss about payment.
