Jackie looks okay to me. On Willie, it looks like they made more dirt in the background than should have been there. Remember, these are colorized cards so they can play around with things.

As to the 1957 looking plain mrmantlecollector, what i love about the 1957 cards is the old look to them, i was growing up at that time, and when i look at the players and uniforms and stadiums in the background this set (1957) reminds me more of the old baseball of my youth than any other set. I still think nothing compares to the great 1956 set though.
